I am director of digital marketing and communications at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Indianapolis, where I foster care for parishioners online and in person by creating social media posts several times a week and by producing and directing the Sunday worship service livestream which is on https://www.facebook.com/StTimsIndy.org/ and https://www.youtube.com/@st.timothysepiscopalchurch5589/streams. We are re-launching our website with a new design in July 2024 and I have served as liaison for a team of volunteers to the marketing agent who will bring that website live. Our current website is here: http://sttimsindy.org.
In addition, I teach at IvyTech Community College both in-person and online for courses such as Art Appreciation, Art & Culture I & II, and Intermediate Photography.
I have been a fine art photographer for 25 years. I possess extensive experience as a media spokesperson for several state agencies, which included work writing/editing news releases and establishing positive media relationships throughout Indiana. I have been senior editor of Outdoor Indiana magazine and a reported/editor at Richmond, Ind., and Columbus, Ind., as well as a spokesperson for the Society of Professional Journalists.
I have earned an MFA in Photography, a Master of Advanced Studies in Film & Media Studies, and a Master of Science in Digital Audience Strategy.
